Meet the Team

Angus has been with the ITS team for 13 months training RMLV in Ashgrove, South Brisbane and the Gold Coast. He holds a Cert 4 in Training & Assessment, RMLV, RSA, FSS.

Angus has an impressive hospitality career spanning 20 years – first cutting his hospo teeth in pubs when he was 16 years old. Today he is the current Director and General Manager of acclaimed restaurants Madame Wu and Chu the Phat.

Despite running Asian restaurants for many years, Angus admits he is not a big fan of dumplings.
