When under the influence, your customers may not being thinking clearly or making the right choices, that’s when they need your help. If you’re new to the world of bartending, sometimes it can be difficult to gauge when you should step in, and It can be a little daunting. Filmed from the perspective of the staff member, the actors play out a couple of outcomes, highlighting the do’s and don’ts of enforcing responsible service effectively.
