Mel has been a qualified trainer for more than five years. She has extensive experience across the hospitality industry, and brings a wealth of knowledge to her courses. Born and Bred in FNQ, Mel heads up the training for ITS across the Cairns region.

She prides herself on presenting a professional, yet relaxed style of training that is both informative and enjoyable.

Mel has expensive taste and is a sucker for truffles…soooo not sharing.
