ITS Founder and hands-on RMLV, RSA and RSG trainer. Due to his successful background as a restaurant group owner, Damien is also passionate about helping venue clients prepare and lodge their liquor license applications and submissions.

Damien holds a Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management) and has lived an extensive hospitality career.

He truly loves seeing his students progress through the courses and secure their future in the fast-paced world of hospitality.

Damien loves to escape to the snow skiing; but hates the cold. Sipping a good whisky by the fire gets him through.
