RSG is mandatory for anyone for anyone who works in Gambling areas as a gaming attendant.

Many venues with Gaming facilities prefer all their bar and restaurant staff are RSG certified.

Conducted over approximately 3.5hrs our RSG training is regularly available at several convenient locations across Brisbane, Gold Coast and The Sunshine Coast, or onsite at your venue for group bookings.

RSG Course Accreditation

ITS delivers the SITHGAM001 Provide responsible gambling services (RSG) programme in QLD and this is a requirement for anyone who is directly involved with payouts and working in general with Poker machines and Gambling areas as a Gaming Attendant. Upon successful completion participants will attain their Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment which is valid indefinitely.
