ITS Bar Skills has a range of policies and procedures designed to aid students. These policies include, but are not limited to access and equity, cancellations and refunds. If you don’t have internet access please call our office on 3366 8426 to obtain a copy by fax or post.
Courses are subject to minimum numbers and in the event that a course does not proceed for this reason ITS will rebook the participant onto alternate course or give a full refund, depending on the request of the participant.
Cancellations will be accepted (7) days before a course commences at no charge. After this a $50 cancellation fee applies.
No show once a course commences will mean a 100% forfeit of money paid.
While courses fees can be transferred to another available course, doing so within 24 hours of your current course commencing, will incur at admin fee of $50.
Student certificates will only be issued when full payment of a course has been received.
When booking online for a course the information provided will be used for the creation and distribution of certificates. What this means is the name spelling and address provided at this point needs to be totally correct. ITS Bar Skills won’t be held liable for misspelt or non delivery of certificates.
ITS Bar Skills does not keep original copies of course certificates.
Students will receive their certificates within 21 days after completing the course assuming full payment has been received.
If a certificate is lost or misplaced a replacement certificate can be issued. Replacement certificates will incur a fee of $50 for RMLV and $25 for any other types of certificates issued originally by ITS Bar Skills.
Notification of certificates not received by participants more than one month after course completion will incur the replacement fee as per point number 9.
