Just did my refresher for RMLV with Melanie in Cairns and definitely worth it. Melanie did a great job of explaining the slides to everyone in the class which made for a smooth day of training.

The course was set out with time to discuss how the legislation impacts the different licenses. We all came from different backgrounds and were /would be working under different licenses, and Damien made it easy to relate this all to our jobs. Highly recommend this provider.

Recently attended RMLV course . Having done this course now many times since 2008 I found Damian by far the best Teacher as he took time to make us all understand all of the Rules and Regulations . I would highly recommend anybody wishing to do this course to use ITS

Damien knows what he is talking about and has a great way of making all the laws and regulations actually as exciting as they can be.
Another huge plus is that they offer a one-day-training. It is a very exhausting day, but at least it only takes one day away from your already busy schedule.

I recently completed my RMLV course with ITS. The 10hr course felt like a breeze! Damien was a great teacher, well informed, and made it easy to ask questions and ask for advice. He kept the course relevant to our own workplace liquor licence which made the information easy to relate to.

Bar Skills
This is quite possibly the funniest thing I’ve ever done. The first day was alright (just reading and stuff) but the actual prac day where we made drinks was awesome. I was worried about breaking out of my comfort zone but it honestly wasn’t a problem; everyone was so nice and friendly and the instructor, Trevor, was THE COOLEST dude ever. He had a laugh with us and made jokes and was all around awesome. Definitely worth the money
Just finished my 2 day bar course with Trevor. It was so much fun and I met some cool people who were doing the course as well 🙂
